LISBON In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Friday James R. McCubbin, 61, New Kensington, Pa., traffic control devices charge dismissed.

Suzanne M. Kornbau, 62, Allen Drive, Salem, was fined $30 for right of way.

Jacob J. Boyer, 20, Crestview Drive, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for use of unauthorized plate.

Corey C. Stahl, 23, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $300, had his driver's license suspended six months, placed on one year probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for failure to reinstate license and drug paraphernalia.

A Nov. 8 pretrial was set for Jordan L. Smeltzer, 26, Depot Road, Lisbon, charged with aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated.

A Jan. 3, 2013 pretrial was set for William C. Boykin, 32, Youngstown, charged with driving under suspension restriction and speeding.

An Oct. 11 preliminary hearing was set for Joseph D. Johns, 27, Kensington, charged with theft.

An Oct. 11 pretrial was set for David T. Grodhaus, 22, Whinnery Road, Winona, charged with possession of drugs.

A Nov. 20 pretrial was set for Dennis G. Baker, 58, state Route 39, Wellsville, charged with driving under suspension restriction and use of unauthorized plate.
