- Dianne F. Beal, 59, Yeager Drive, Wellsville, was westbound on U.S. 30 in Elkrun Township at 7:30 a.m. Sunday and the left front wheel separated from her vehicle causing her to lose control and go off the right side of the road before crossing the road and going off the left side.

- Kenadee O. Pezzano, 17, Miller Road, Lisbon, was eastbound on state Route 172 in Center Township at 10 p.m. Thursday and failed to negotiate a curve to the right and went off the right side of the road and into a corn field. Pezzano was cited for failure to control.

- John P. Clemens, 31, Salem, was eastbound on U.S. 30 in West Township at 10:10 p.m. Saturday and went off the right side of the road and struck three mailboxes and fled.

He was cited for failure to control, OVI and hit-skip.

- Eric L. Clarkson, 19, St. Jacob-Logtown Road, Lisbon, was westbound on St. Jacob-Logtown Road in Center Township at 5:20 a.m. Monday and went off the left side of the road and hit a tree.

He was cited for failure to control and taken to Salem hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
