- Tiffany Marie Randolph, 23, South Raccoon Road, Austintown, was northbound on state Route 164 in Center Township at 8 p.m. Oct. 2 and went off the left side of the road and struck a guard rail and her vehicle landed in a thick brush. She was cited for failure to control.
- A vehicle making a right turn onto Depot Road in Salem at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday went left of center and struck a vehicle driven by Theodore M. Bartholomy, 48, Brookfield, Trumbull County, who was northbound on Depot Road. The vehicle then continued on.
