LISBON - An OVI charge against David S. Lasky, 45, East Lake Road, Lisbon, was dismissed in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on Friday.
According to court documents, Lasky was accused of driving a motorized bicycle without headlights southbound on Depot Road in Perry Township at 1:05 a.m. on June 23. Additionally, Laskey has four prior OVI convictions in the past six years, making the charge a fourth degree felony.
No reason was given for the dismissal on court documents.
