- Kimberly D. Smith, 45, Rochester, Pa., was eastbound on state Route 154 in Middleton Township at 3:30 p.m. Saturday and approaching the state Route 7 intersection when Polly A. Arter, 39, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, attempted to make a left turn out of a gas station parking lot onto state Route 154 and and failed to yield and was struck by Smith. Arter was cited for failure to control and Smith's passenger, Sakia Smith, 7, Rochester, Pa., was taken to Beaver Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries.
