LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, an Oct. 25 preliminary hearing was set for Khaleb Y. Bonner, 22, Youngstown, charged with having weapons while under a weapons disability for a previous drug possession felony conviction. Bond was set at $25,000.
Bonner was fined $60 for speeding and a seat belt violation.
Zachary Ricky Cline, 21, Oliver Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,025, sentenced to 180 days in jail and had his license suspended for two years for speeding and OVI second offense amended from OVI third offense.
Adam E. Cornwell, 24, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, was fined $975, sentenced to 20 days in jail and had his license suspended for 180 days for OVI first offense, drug paraphernalia, open container and lane violation.
Harper J. Farish, 23, Steubenville Pike, Salineville, was fined $875, sentenced to 10 days in jail and had his license suspended for one year for OVI second offense and left of center.
Alex Bruderly, 22, Mill Street, Beloit, was fined $750 and required 20 hours community service for no license amended from commercial drivers license required.
Andrew F. Burtyk, 29, state Route 7, New Waterford, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 239 days and was sentenced to 20 days in the county jail for OVI first offense and marked lanes.
Bryan H. Moracco, 32, Berlin Center, was fined $300, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 20 days in jail for failure to control and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
Shaun M. Lebbano, 43, Carrollton, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Patrick M. Davis, 38, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.
Aaron J. Morgan, 37, Burton, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from commercial speeding.
Lawrence R. Suggs, 40, Akron, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.
An Oct. 25 pretrial was set for Jason E. Cope, 37, Silliman Street, New Waterford, charged with attempted deception to obtain a dangerous drug and falsification. Court documents allege that on Oct. 12, Cope filed a false police report with Columbiana Police claiming he had 110 Xanax pills stolen from his truck while it was parked in the AAA impound yard. The vehicle inventory report conducted by New Waterford police prior to the vehicle being impounded showed no pill bottle found.
An Oct. 25 pretrial was set for Beau M. McGuire, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, charged with assault for allegedly on Wednesday grabbing Candee Campbell by the arms, throwing her onto the bed inside his home and also causing injuries while she was a passenger in his truck between Salem and McGuire's home. She alleged he bit her face and lip and grabbed her by the neck choking her.
An Oct. 25 pretrial was set for Candee Campbell, 39, Lisbon Canfield Road, Leetonia, charged with assault after allegedly hitting Beau McGuire in the head while he was driving from Salem to his home and striking him with a tire iron she had taken from the truck.
A Nov. 27 pretrial was set for Toney A. Brock, 24, North Jefferson Street, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated for allegedly continuing to play his music and TV loudly after being warned by police twice to stop.
A Nov. 29 pretrial was set for Charles D. Reed, 35, state Route 518, Lisbon, cited with failure to reinstate a license and speeding.
A Dec. 4 pretrial was set for Michael E. Oates Jr., charged with obstruction of official business on Oct. 2 for allegedly striking himself causing a cut above his right eyebrow and then attempting to convince police his mother had hit him.
A speeding citation against Lawrence McLaughlin, 67, West Salem Street, Columbiana, was dismissed due to a technical filing error.
