Man gets 2 years for robbing deli

LISBON - The man accused of robbing McGraw's Deli in Wellsville in March, Justin D. Temple, Broadway, Wellsville, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to two years in prison.

Court documents state Temple showed a handgun in commission of the robbery. Police reported at the time Temple had lifted up his shirt to show what appeared to be a semi automatic gun, but police later found a plastic replica of a Glock in the trash and believed it to be what Temple had actually used in the robbery.

Additionally, Temple on Jan. 4 had a diamond engagement ring in his possession belonging to Shantel Temple.

Temple was credited with 207 days served already served.
