LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, an Oct. 29 preliminary hearing was set for Brian Buckley, 29, Wood Street, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence for allegedly attempting to harm Erin Quinones, mother of two of his children, in a Taggart Street home on Friday. Buckley has a previous domestic violence conviction from May.
Deborah L. Ramsey, 49, Hanna Drive, Hanoverton, was fined $875, sentenced to three days in jail, had her license suspended for six months and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, lane violations and possession of drugs.
Justin O. Smith, 28, West State Street, Salem, was fined $825, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension and lane violations. A seat belt violation was dismissed.
August W. Hlebovy, 30, Winona Road, Salem, was fined $330 and required 40 hours community service for improper backing, driving under FRA suspension and domestic violence for assaulting his girlfriend in her vehicle by punching her numerous times and placing her in a headlock. A speeding citation was dismissed.
Christine R. Desellem, 22, South Green Street, Lisbon, was fined $300, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail failure to display a valid sticker, use of an unauthorized plate and driving without a valid license amended from driving under OVI suspension.
Adam L. Schmidt, 20, Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, Petersburg, was fined $300 for speeding and driving without a license amended from driving under suspension.
Marc Anthony Sheely, 23, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $150 for driving under FRA suspension.
Adam Smith, 21, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license amended from failure to reinstate a license.
Camille Moore, 42, state Route 164, Salineville, was fined $100 for obstructing official business after running from police in Salineville on Saturday.
Melissa L. Mills, 28, West Pershing Street, Salem, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $50 for criminal trespassing for attempting to get into a home on Franklin Avenue by trying the doors and windows, attempting to climb into a bedroom window before being prevented from doing so by the owner's brother.
An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for Jacob L. Terry, 20, East Washington Street, Lisbon, charged with endangering children for allegedly driving his vehicle without a license and recklessly, which caused an accident injuring a then 7-month-old baby in the car.
A Nov. 26 pretrial Patty L. Burkholder, Elberon Avenue, Salem, charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly refusing to leave the middle of the intersection Sunday and striking a vehicle with her fists multiple times.
A Nov. 27 pretrial was set for Mary E. Kiehl, 28, Park Avenue, East Palestine, charged with theft for allegedly taking $300 in quarters, two wedding rings and a gold cross from the home of Floyd Sorrell in February.
A Nov. 29 pretrial was set for Kevin E. Ehrenberg, 49, Park Avenue, New Waterford, charged with falsification for giving a deputy a false name and other information on Saturday.
