Mr. and Mrs. Scott McIlduff of East Palestine celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Oct. 14 on the Gateway Clipper in Pittsburgh, Pa. Their daughters, Lynsey, Regan and Heather, hosted the surprise party. Family and friends of the couple attended, along with their four grandchildren.
