Marjorie A. Drotleff

EAST PALESTINE - Marjorie A. Drotleff, 86, died on Thursday at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation where she had been a resident for two years.

Born June 16, 1926, in New Middletown, she was the daughter of Frederick and Lena (O'Neil) Welker.

Mrs. Drotleff was a lifelong member of Good Hope Lutheran Church and had worked at the Country Corner and did child care for several years.

She was preceded in death Aug. 9, 1978, by her husband, Carl F. Drotleff, whom she married Feb. 15, 1943.

Survivors include six children, Crystal (Guff) Zalick of Florida, Fred (Trina) Drotleff of East Palestine, Jim (Val) Drotleff of Youngstown, Bruce (Denise) Drotleff of Parma, Sherri (Mick) Davis of Columbiana and Mike (Darcy) Drotleff of Howland; a sister, Mary Keller; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana with Pastor Ralph Edwards officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and also one hour prior to the services on Monday.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Good Hope Lutheran Church, 12030 Market St., North Lima, Ohio 44452.
