LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, Brian Buckley, 19, Wood Street, East Palestine, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a domestic violence charge. Court documents allege Buckley attempted to harm Erin Quinones by pinning her to the bed and he has a domestic violence conviction in May 2012.

A Nov. 5 preliminary hearing was set for Robert L. Bembry, 48, West Pershing Street, Salem, charged with burglary for allegedly taking $590 from the Guilford Grill on Oct. 24. Bond was set at $100,000.

Additionally, Buckley was fined $100 and had his license suspended for six months for possession of drugs.

Brian J. Anderson, 33, state Route 39, Salineville, was fined $675, required 10 hours community service, had his license suspended for six months and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense. A lane violation citation was dismissed.

Jacob L. Terry, 20, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $300 and required 70 hours community service for assault and endangering children for driving recklessly on June 14 injuring a then 8-month-old passenger. The assault charge stemmed from pushing William Miller to the ground in a parking lot on June 30.

Corey J. Coleman, 18, Harding Avenue, Salem, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct amended from drug paraphernalia. A possession of criminal tools charge was dismissed. Court documents state police stopped Coleman after someone reported two men attempting to dismantle the aluminum bleachers in Waterworth Memorial Park in Salem.

Johnathan L. Styen, 24, Bell road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from obstruction of justice for helping a woman escape when police had a warrant for her.

Mark B. Vankirk Jr., 19, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $150 and sentenced to three days in jail for receiving stolen property after the highway patrol found stolen band equipment in his vehicle, which was involved in a crash on May 1.

William E. Martin, 44, Duquesne Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 for domestic violence for grabbing his son by the throat, throwing him onto some porch steps and attempting to choke him after the 14-year-old made a smart remark on Aug. 5.

Brian T. Lewis, 36, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from assault for pushing Carolyn Blymiller into a pickup truck and pulling her hair.

Courtney A. Wright, 27, Toronto, was fined $150 for theft for taking several items from B and K Beverage in Salineville on Aug. 15.

Kelli McCoy, 23, Kelly Park Road, Leetonia, was fined $100 for speeding.

A Nov. 19 pretrial was set for Matthew A. Shingleton, 28, Orchard Drive, Leetonia, cited with failure to reinstate a license.

A Nov. 20 pretrial was set for Brian J. Smith, 22, Atwater, charged with driving without a valid license, use of an unauthorized plate and failure to control.

A Nov. 29 pretrial was set for Susan M. Estes, 37, South Broadway, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly shoplifting meat and biscuits from the Sparkle Market in Salem on July 8, 2011.

A Dec. 11 pretrial was set for Chad A. Saunders, 33, Columbiana-Lisbon Road, Columbiana, charged with failure to reinstate a license and possession of marijuana.
