- A Minerva woman reported at 10:01 p.m. Monday her ex-boyfriend came to the home at about 7:21 p.m. and caused a disturbance, including screaming. Damage was found to the windshield and hood of her boyfriend's mother's car.

- A county jail employee reported at 5:38 p.m. Monday a marijuana cigarette was found in an inmate's property when he was being released. It had been missed when he was booked into the jail on Friday. Douglas R. Cianni, last known address Commerce Street, Wellsville, was cited with possession of marijuana.

- A King Road, Salem, man reported at 8:57 p.m. Thursday a suspicious vehicle with two men inside in the area. Deputies found the home secure and stopped the vehicle driving by the area. The two inside claimed they had stopped at the driveway to use the phone.

- A Yates Road, Salem, man reported at 7:25 a.m. Thursday he heard a noise overnight and found his front door open in the morning. The porch light was also found turned on, but nothing appeared missing.

- A student caught with tobacco five times at the Columbiana County Career Center reportedly became irate at 2:27 p.m. Monday when he was caught again. He reportedly ran and got onto a bus, refusing to get off. The buses could not be moved until he agreed to get off. Deputies spoke to the 16-year-old East Palestine boy and cited him with possession of tobacco products. His father came to pick him up.

- A East Liverpool Road woman reported at 10:39 p.m. Monday her neighbor saw a pickup leaving her property on Glasgow Road in Madison Township with what appeared to be appliances in the bed of the truck. She was unable at that time to go see if anything was missing from the property.
