LISBON - Lonnie D. Cunningham, 19, Bradshaw Avenue, East Liverpool, was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to nine months for theft, assault, intimidation of a witness in a criminal case and two counts breaking and entering. He was credited with 103 days already served.
According to court documents, Cunningham on March 24 broke into an unoccupied home on Vine Street in East Liverpool belonging to Angela Latshaw and a pickup belonging to Ulrick Estimot. Additionally, on April 13 he trespassed at Bricker's Isaly's Restaurant with the purpose of committing theft. In March, he reportedly threatened to harm Tyler Buzzard, witness in a crime, and then did harm him.
