COLUMBIANA - Levi Mathew Laverie was pronounced dead at the time of birth, 2:51 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center, the son of James and Angie Workman of Lower Elkton Road.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Addison Mae Laverie; his grandparents, Larry and Melody Workman, Leetonia, and Vicki and James Scott Laverie, New Springfield; and his great grandparents, Marion Pudder, East Palestine, Duncan Laverie Boardman, Bill and Charlotte Crawford, Rogers, and Esther Workman (Ron) Bower, Columbiana. Levi is also survived by his aunts, Danielle (Josh) Menning, Leetonia, Lisa Workman, Boston, Mass., and his uncles, Kyle Laverie, New Springfield and Nic Pisano, Lisbon.

He was preceded in death by three grandparents, Darlene Pudder, Dorothy Laverie, and Kenneth Workman, as well as an uncle, Mathew Laverie.

A private service will be held at Lake Mount Church of Christ, New Waterford, with Roy Seaux of the church officiating. Burial will be in Cool Springs Cemetery, Columbiana. Arrangements were with the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home, East Palestine.
