- Larry G. Penny, 58, Belleflower Road, Alliance, was westbound on state Route 172 in Hanoverton at 5 p.m. Sunday and drove off the right side and overturned, ejecting himself and a passenger from the motorcycle. He was treated at the scene for non-incapacitating injuries and cited for failure to control.

- Brianna Lynn Welther, 21, North Pearl Street, Columbiana, was eastbound on state Route 164 in Fairfield Township at 10:50 a.m. Thursday and slid off the right side of the road, struck a traffic sign and a fence. She was cited for failure to control.

- Lizabeth K. Beight, 51, state Route 45, Lisbon, and Maranda Chelsie Halligan, 22, Harvey Avenue, Lisbon, were northbound on state Route 45 in Center Township at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday and Beight stopped for traffic and was struck from behind by Halligan, who was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

- Anastasia E. Long, 26, Canal Street, Hanoverton, was southbound on state Route 9 in Butler Township at 2:15 p.m. Oct. 30 and went off the right side of the road, hit a ditch, two mailboxes and a traffic sign. She was cited for failure to control.

- Andrew M. Simmons, 16, state Route 7, New Waterford, was westbound on Crestview Road in Fairfield Township at 5:25 p.m. Oct. 30 and slid off the left side of the road hit a stop sign and fled. He was later cited for failure to control.

- Charles A. Piper, 34, West South Range, North Lima, and Chad R. Scofinsky, 24, Youngstown, were southbound on Old Route 558 in Salem Township at 11:25 a.m. Oct. 29 and Piper slowed as he approached a railroad underpass and Scofinsky was unable to stop and struck Piper's vehicle in the rear causing it to go off the right side of the road and hit a stone wall. Scofinsky was cited for assured clear distance ahead and Piper was taken to Salem Hospital with possible injuries.

- Brooke L. Kosko, 19, state Route 518, Lisbon, was eastbound on Cameron County Airport Road in Madison Township at 6 p.m. Oct. 27 and went off the left side of the road and struck an embankment. She was cited for failure to control.

- Kyle Smith, 53, Eagleton Road, Lisbon, and Michael G. Jones, 30, Allen Avenue, Columbiana, were northbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 27 and Jones attempted to pass Smith and struck his vehicle. No citations were issued.

- Tammie S. Goodwin, 40, Alliance, was southbound on Homeworth Road in Knox Township at 5:25 p.m. Oct. 24 and went off the left side of the road and struck a utility pole and a ditch before the vehicle rolled on its left side. She was cited for failure to control and taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with incapacitating injuries.

- Michael G. Gobrecht, 27, Pittsburgh, was westbound on Pine Hollow Road in Elkrun Township at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 29 and went off the left side of the road and hit a utility pole and a tree. He was cited for failure to control.

- Amanda Lynn Mccarty, 22, Coal Alley, Leetonia, was northwestbound on state Route 45 in Salem at 11:10 p.m. Oct. 29 and went off the east side of the road and hit a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.

- Tracey A. Ceneviva, 50, Brandon Drive, Wellsville, was westbound on Cameron County Airport Road in Madison Township at 2:46 p.m. Thursday and crossed the opposite lane of travel and ran off the left side of the road into a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.

- Karen D. Marquis, 49, Buckeye Circle, Salem, was northbound on state Route 45 in Salem at 4:19 p.m. Thursday and Dustin G. Cutright, 19, Allen Drive, Lisbon, was stopped southbound on state Route 45 waiting to make a left turn onto Miller Road and Rodney L. Jackson, 49, U.S. 30, Lisbon, was also southbound on state Route 45 and failed to maintain control and crossed the center line to avoid hitting Cutright's vehicle and instead was struck by Marquis. The impact caused Jackson's vehicle to also hit Cutright's vehicle, and Marquis went off the right side of the road and hit a utility pole. Jackson was cited for failure to control and he and Cutright were taken to Salem Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries. Marquis was taken to Salem Hospital with incapacitating injuries.
