LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Monday Robert L. Bembry, 48, West Pershing Street, Salem, was bound over to the Columbiana County grand jury on a burglary charge. Bembry is accused of taking $590 from a safe in the Guilford Grille on Oct. 24. Bond has been raised to $250,000 from $100,000.

Douglas P. Risinger, 33, Richardson Avenue, Negley, was fined $705, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense and one way street violation.

Robert J. Crespo, 25, Roberts Road, Leetonia, was fined $300 and required 20 hours community service for fictitious plates and driving under suspension.

Barry S. Rummel, 49, North Pleasant Drive, East Palestine, was fined $150 for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for breaking out the back door window and telling his live-in girlfriend she made a big mistake calling 911 following it up with a threat to her life.

Kasmond P. Parker, 25, South Broadway, Salem, after he was found inside a vacant home on South Broadway on Oct. 8 where Parker lived three months earlier. He was fined $100 and sentenced to 27 days in jail.

Shane Potts, 22, Trentvale Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A Nov. 13 pretrial was set for Brandon E. Hacker, 19, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, charged with criminal damaging and menacing after allegedly threatened his mother if she contacted law enforcement after he smashed the window out of her vehicle.

A Nov. 13 pretrial was set for Lance J. Dangelo, 21, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly pushing his girlfriend to the floor and grabbing her neck.

A Nov. 15 pretrial was set for Christopher J. Thomas, 27, North Beaver Street, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly shoving Amber Jones into a while while he was intoxicated on Friday.

A Nov. 19 pretrial was set for Daniel R. Ree, 49, McClure Avenue, East Palestine, cited with driving under suspension and failure to control.

A Dec. 3 pretrial was set for Steven C. Morehead, 45, Saint George Street, East Liverpool, charged with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

A Dec. 4 pretrial was set for Richard J. Dean Sr., 50, Carter Road, New Waterford, charged with OVI first offense, open container and speeding.

A Dec. 4 pretrial was set for Keith Michael Barr, 27, Burrow Road, Carrollton, cited with driving under suspension.

A Dec. 11 pretrial was set for Jennifer M. Green, 21, South 15th Street, Sebring, cited with hit skip.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Craig C. Murray, 37, Bye Road, Columbiana, cited with driving under FRA suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
