Pair charged with credit card misuse

LISBON - Rebecca L. Sisco, 24, and James A. Moore, 23, both of the same residence on Marcus Street, East Liverpool, were each served with secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in October.

Sisco and Moore are each charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly obtaining a credit card belonging to William McGill, Sisco is additionally charged with two counts of misuse of credit cards for allegedly using the card to make purchases on July 15 and July 16. Moore is charged with three counts of misuse of credit cards for two purchases reportedly made on July 15 and one on July 10.

Arraignments are set for Nov. 21.
