BRIDGEPORT - All-star game season is underway in the Ohio Valley.
The 2012 OVAC Senior Volleyball All-Star Match is scheduled to be held at 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon down at Bridgeport High School.
Six local players have been selected to play in the annual match. Four local players will be representing Ohio, while two local players will be representing West Virginia.

East Liverpool and Oak Glen will both be represented by two players. Beaver Local and Edison will each have one representative playing in the match.
Morgan Campbell and Taylar Jordan have been selected to represent the Potters in the all-star match. Campbell and Jordan helped to lead East Liverpool to another successful season.
The Potters were the OVAC Class 4A Tournament runner-up.
Nevada Dobbs has been selected to represent Beaver Local in the match. Dobbs was one of the leaders for the Beavers this season.
Beaver Local came up a little short of reaching the OVAC Class 5A Tournament this season. The Beavers ended up fifth in the standings.
The final local player who will be representing the Buckeyes in the game is the Wildcats' Kylie Smith. Smith served as Edison's libero this season.
Smith helped lead the Wildcats to the OVAC Class 5A Tournament title.
Edison defeated Indian Creek in the semifinals and Parkersburg in the finals to win the title.
For the Mounatineers, Lacee Porter and Abby Tice have been selected to represent Oak Glen, the 2012 West Virginia Class AA state champions. The Golden Bears ended the season with a stellar record of 41-6. Oak Glen has won back-to-back state titles.
Oak Glen defeated Fairmont Senior and Weir to in the Region 1 Section 1 title. Then, Oak Glen defeated Roane County and Ritchie County to win the Region 1 crown. In the state tournament, Oak Glen defeated James Monroe, Frankfort and Ritchie County to win the title.
The Golden Bears also repeated as state champions in 1997-98.
Oak Glen was the top seed entering the OVAC Class 4A Tournament.
Meadowbrook defeated Oak?Glen in the tournament semifinals. Oak?Glen bounced back to defeat?Union Local in the consolation final.
