LISBON - Two secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County grand jury were served on the following people:
-Brian K. Miller, 33, Grant Street, Lisbon, charged with tampering records involving 11 motor vehicle titles. The alleged crime occurred on Aug. 28.
- Melinda Schroeder, 29, Richardson Avenue, Negley, charged with drug possession. Schroeder is accused of possessing heroin on June 20.
