Lions district governor presents awards to West Point club

The West Point Lions Club met on Oct. 17 in a joint meeting with the Lisbon Lions Club. The special guest for the meeting was District Governor John Woodside of Canton. Woodside, a 48-year Lion, presented five awards. Two members of the Lisbon club received Monarch Chevron awards for their years of service in their club. Ed Cusick received a 45-year award and Dean Senanefes received a 55-year award. Nancy Weber and Gayle Carle of the West Point Club each received 15-year awards. Janis Mundy of the West Point Club was presented with the Senior Master Key pin and medallion for sponsoring 25 members to her club.
