LISBON - A secret indictment issued by the county grand jury was served on James L. Beebout, 42, Densmore Avenue, East Liverpool, who is charged with receiving stolen property. Beebout is accused of taking possession of jewelry stolen from Robert and Carrie Mackall over a two-week period in late May and early June.
