LISBON - Billy H. Gray Jr., 45, Youngstown, was served a secret indictment for burglary and two counts of breaking and entering. Gray is accused of forcing his way into Cowan's Market, Depot Street, Rogers, on July 20, 2011. The following day he is accused of trespassing in the Tic Toc Food Market, state Route 14, Columbiana. Finally, on Dec. 9, 2009, Gray is accused of trespassing at DP Fuels, state Route 7, New Waterford.
The secret indictment for Gray was issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in January. He was served Tuesday in Lewis Run, Pa.
Velinda K. Cunningham, 26, Laurel Lane, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment in East Liverpool Tuesday for charges of two counts each of illegal use of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits and telecommunications fraud.
According to court documents, Cunningham is accused of transferring or selling her assistance benefits utilizing a telecommunications device in 2011 on both Jan. 2 and April 9. She was indicted in September 2011.
