LISBON - Charles E. Crank Jr., 54, East State Street, Salem, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to complicity to aggravated robbery. He faces up to 11 years in prison and a $20,000. Sentencing is set for Dec. 14.
According to court documents, Crank assisted Justin Zimmerly, providing him with a disguise and serving as a lookout while Zimmerly robbed Circle K, East State Street, Salem, on June 17. Zimmerly pleaded guilty on Nov. 17 to aggravated robbery and awaits sentencing on Jan. 17.
