- Brian D. Faulk, 31, Enon Valley, Pa., was struck by a deer while on state Route 518 in Madison Township at 5:30 p.m. Friday. A 7-year-old passenger was treated by North Star EMS for minor injuries from shattered glass.

- Roderick A. Jackson, 45, Richmond, Va., was westbound on state Route 14 at 2 p.m. Thursday when an unknown object struck his vehicle. His left mirror was missing.

- Stephanie J. Martin, 35, state Route 39, Salineville, struck a deer on state Route 164 in Wayne Township at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday.

- Kaylee A. McCaffrey, 16, McCormick Run, Wellsville, was cited with driving without reasonable control at 9:18 a.m. Wednesday after she was southbound on Steubenville Pike and went off the right side of the roadway. When she drove back onto the roadway, she reportedly lost control, crossing left of center and going off the left side of the road before striking a fence. The impact reportedly damaged about 300 feet of fence wire and 10 fence posts belonging to Victor Gasior.

- Caleb Alan Burke, 17, Slater Road, Salem, was southbound on state Route 9 in butler township at 9:30 a.m., Nov. 27 when he reportedly went off the right side of the road and struck a ditch. He was cited with reasonable control.

- Richard D. Joy, 59, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was stopped southbound on state Route 164 in Wayne Township at 3:20 p.m. Nov. 26 waiting to turn left into a driveway when Judith A. Brletich, 56, Glasgow Road, Salineville, came up from behind and went off the right side of the road to avoid striking Joy. Brletich struck first a mailbox and then Joy's vehicle. She was cited with assured clear distance.
