Salem News

- A Canal Street, East Rochester, woman reported at 5:27 a.m. Wednesday her ex-boyfriend was threatening he was going to leave work early, damage her car and take their child. The two recently broke up. At 8:35 a.m. Wednesday, deputies saw a man sitting on the porch of her home and questioned him. He was identified as the ex-boyfriend and claimed he had been living at the house for the past two years before his girlfriend threw him out three days ago. He was there to see his daughter and refused to leave. Deputies told him to contact his attorney about obtaining visitation.
