LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Joseph M. Petro, 24, Berlin Center, was fined $725, sentenced to three days in jail , had his license suspended for six months and required 50 hours community service for OVI first offense and marked lanes.

Marcus A. Prendes, 29, Iowa Street, Wellsville, was fined $600, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in jail and required 20 hours community service for OVI first offense and reckless operation.

Craig D. Williams, 37, state Route 45, Wellsville, was fined $550, sentenced to three days in jail, had his license suspended for six months and required 20 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.

Jacob D. Keenan, 21, Quay Road, Negley, was fined $425, had his license suspended for six months, required 20 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) driving under OVI suspension and speed.

Sylvia Grdini, 20, Sycamore Hill Drive, New Middletown, was fined $300, sentenced to three days in jail, had her license suspended for three months and required 10 hours community service for traffic control devices and OVI underage first offense, amended from OVI first offense.

Lisa A. Williams, 44, King Road, Salem, was fined $280 and required 30 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and speeding.

Susan M. Estes, 37, South Broadway, Salem, was fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for theft for placing $57 in merchandise in her purse at the Salem Sparkle Market and attempting to leave without paying for it.

Steven R. Barnes, 32, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $250, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to three days for illegal cultivation of marijuana in his home near children.

Michael E. Oates Jr., 37, East Main Street, Salineville, was fined $250 and required 10 hours community service for obstructing official business for striking himself in the face and telling police his mother struck him.

David Robert Wales, 24, Greentree Place, Lisbon, was fined $250 and sentenced to 60 days in jail for driving under suspension.

William C. Geis, 48, Beaver Street, Lisbon, was fined $250 and sentenced to one day in jail for theft for taking a package of Top smoking tobacco from Circle K on June 17.

Troy L. Barron, 45, Youngstown, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

Marcus A. Moxley, 42, Frischkorn Drive, Wellsville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence, for choking a woman and throwing her on the living room floor.

William A. Haynes, 48, Newport Richey, Fla., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

Michael A. Southers, 22, Wine Street, Minerva, was fined $150 for a hunting violation for failure to immediately tag a deer.

Taylor J. Ieropole, 23, U.S. Route 30, Lisbon, was fined $150 for speeding.

Joseph M. Smith, 27, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail for theft for a Blu-Ray DVD player taken from the Salem Wal-Mart on Nov. 12 and found in Smith's vehicle during a traffic stop shortly after police were called.

Chad R. Hanlon, 33, Logan Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for refusing to cooperate with police clearing Tony's Bar in Wellsville at 2:35 a.m. on Oct. 21.

Tracey A. Ceneviva, 50, Brandon Drive, Wellsville, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle amended from failure to control.

Vincent D. Centofanti, 56, Poland, was fined $75 for hunting a deer while in possession of a temporary tag, which had been detached.

A Dec. 13 pretrial was set for Daniel L. Benton, 37, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.

A Dec. 13 pretrial was Candee Campbell, 39, Lisbon Canfield Road, Leetonia, charged with assault for allegedly striking Beau McGuire in the head several times.

A Jan. 3 pretrial was set for James F. Rogers, 50, Woodville Road, Leetonia, charged with OVI first offense, OVI refusal with a prior within 20 years, failure to reinstate a license and failure to display a valid sticker.

A Jan. 15 pretrial was set for Tamara Kae Pittman, 31, Sycamore Street, Beloit, cited with driving under suspension.

A Feb. 2 pretrial was set for Neeco L. Wrinch, 39, Elmside Street, Alliance, cited with failure to control.

A Feb. 7 pretrial was set for Roy C. Barringer Jr., 38, Knox School Road, Homeworth, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
