LISBON - Gabriel J. Rocchio, 31, New Cumberland, W.Va., was served a secret indictment for two counts possession of drugs, allegedly for having heroin on July 19 and cocaine on June 19. The indictment was issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in November.
