SALEM - Shirley Ann Wolfe, 66, of Salem died at 11:58 p.m. Friday Dec. 7, 2012 at the Salem Community Hospital.
She was born Oct. 2, 1946 in Turbotville, Pa., the daughter of the Grace (Plotts) Menges and the late Claire Menges.
Shirley worked for 16 years for Lowe's Home Improvement in Boardman. Previously she was a beautician. She was a graduate of Warrior Run High School in Turbotville. Shirley and her husband operated Shirley's Creations and she enjoyed knitting, crocheting and embroidering. She was a member of the Professional Towers of Ohio, a Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Stars in Lewisburg, Pa. and Methodist by faith.
Survivors include her husband, Robert E. Wolfe, whom she married Nov. 12, 1967; a son, Denvius Wolfe of Salem; a daughter, Cheryl (Bryan) Campbell of Rhome, Texas; a brother, Scott (Sue) Menges of Stratford, Oklahoma; a twin sister, Sandra (Jerry) Smith of Milton, Pennsylvania and three grandchildren, Joshua Campbell, Tyler Campbell and Shelby Wolfe.
Calling hours will be held Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the Stark Memorial Funeral home.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the William F. Brooks Funeral Home, 207 Broadway, Turbotville, Pa., 17772 and calling hours will be held Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the William F. Brooks Funeral Home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milton, Pennsylvania.
