- Dean A. Kibler, 55, Mechanicstown Road, Hanoverton, was eastbound on U.S. 62 in Knox Township at 5 p.m. Friday and came to a sudden stop and was struck from behind by Molly S. Benedetti, 23, Salem Grange Road, Salem. Benedetti was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

- Louis E. Gilbert, 70, Youngstown, was eastbound on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 1:45 p.m. Thursday and went off the right side and hit a culvert and a utility pole before coming to rest in a ditch. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries and charges are pending.

- Amy J. Webber, 33, state Route 46, New Waterford, was eastbound on Bye Road and Richard D. Roush, 66, Bye Road, East Palestine, pulled out of a private drive and struck her vehicle. He was cited for right of way.

- Sean M. Heim, 34, Depot Road, Lisbon, was northeastbound on Teegarden Road in Salem at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday and slid off the right side of the road and hit a utility pole. He was cited for failure to control.

- Jeanette L. Philo, 39, Mantle Road, East Rochester, was northbound on Augusta Road in West Township at 6:50 a.m. Thursday and went off the right side of the road and hit a utility pole. She was cited for failure to control.

- Caleb D. Cunningham, 20, state Route 518, Lisbon, was northbound on County Airport Road in Madison Township at 2 p.m. Dec. 4 and drove off the right side of the road and hit a ditch, a culvert and a wire fence. He was cited for failure to control and seat belt.

- Donald A. Nape, 40, Canton Road, Carrollton, was westbound on state Route 644 in Hanover Township at 1:10 p.m. Dec. 3 and stopped at the U.S. 30 intersection and attempted to turn right onto U.S. 30 and the tractor-trailer went off the right side of the road and struck a light support post.

- Jason M. Pfaff, 32, Alliance, and Curtis M. Lemley, 43, New Cumberland, W.Va., were southbound on Knox School Road in Knox Township at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 2. Lemley's vehicle became disabled and was stopped in the road and Pfaff failed to stop and struck it from behind. Pfaff was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

- James Lee Palmer, 28, Clarksburg, W.Va., was westbound on state Route 558 in Salem at 5 a.m. Dec. 3 and went off the left side of the road and hit an embankment. He was cited for failure to control and later went to Salem Hospital for possible injuries.
