LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, William McMillan, 19, Silliman St., New Waterford, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the Columbiana County grand jury on charges for breaking and entering and two counts of receiving stolen property. Court documents allege McMillan and another man, Alex D. Cook, took a 2005 Ford Explorer from Boardman and wrecked it while mudbogging on the property of Dale Hill, Millrock Road, New Waterford. They then dismantled it. Additionally, the two men allegedly broke into the New Waterford Fire Department on Nov. 28 and took more than $100 from the chief's office. Finally, the two reportedly were found to have a Holland Tractor taken from the home of Dale Hill.
