- A South Bandy Road, Alliance, woman reported at 11:26 p.m. Saturday while she and her husband were out someone came into their home through the back door and took a jewelry box from her dresser. Nothing else was disturbed. The box contained several rings, earrings and a necklace from Florence, Italy.

- A Kelly Park Road, Leetonia, man reported at 7:46 p.m. Monday sometime over the past several days someone began leaving beer cans stacked at the end of his driveway. There were some on Friday night, more on Saturday and after he picked them up, more appeared on Sunday. Deputies checked the area on Monday and again found three or four empty cans at the end of his driveway.

-A Bowman Road, Homeworth, man reported at 3:49 p.m. Monday jewelry and some old coins were taken from his home sometime during the day. He had come home to find his garage door open, the door between the house and garage open, a bathroom window broken and an inside patio door knob torqued.

- A state Route 39, Wellsville, woman reported at 3:42 p.m. Monday someone broke into her vehicle between midnight and 4 a.m. taking $10 in change, some costume jewelry and a child's toy set.
