LISBON - Ashfra M. Fahmawi, 26, Canfield, was served a secret indictment for charges of theft, telecommunications fraud and receiving stolen property.
According to court documents, on Aug. 23 and continuing until Sept. 7, Fahmawi stole a $10,000 instant win Ohio lottery ticket belonging to another person and used a telecommunication devise in an attempt to defraud.
