- Justin Paul Breining Ryser, 21, Seacrist Road, Salem, was backing out of a parking space at the Kent State Salem faculty parking lot at noon Dec. 5 and struck another vehicle.
- Stephen J. Sosack, 48, County Road 53, Irondale, and another vehicle were southbound on state Route 154 in Elkrun Township at 4:24 p.m. Saturday. Sosack slowed to turn onto Middle Beaver Road and the other vehicle attempted to pass in a no passing zone, hit his vehicle and fled.
