- Thomas E. Diddle, 82, Annesley Road, East Liverpool, was northeastbound on state Route 170 in St. Clair Township at 6:10 p.m. Monday and Tira A. Douglas, 47, Mapletree Street, East Liverpool, was stopped at the end of a private property parking access driver preparing to make a left turn onto state Route 170 and her bumper was sticking out into the road and Diddle struck it as he passed. Douglas was cited for right of way.

- Wesley F. Ford, 47, Charlotte, N.C., was eastbound on Georgetown Road in Knox Township at 4 p.m. Monday and attempted to pass under a bridge and the top right corner of his vehicle struck the bridge.

- Brandon Lee Barnes, 16, Churchill Road, Lisbon, was eastbound on Churchill Road in Elkrun Township at 4 p.m. Tuesday and Janet Wallace, 73, Churchill Road, Lisbon, was in the process of pulling out of a private drive and turning left onto Churchill Road when Barnes attempted to slow but struck the left side of her vehicle before going off the right side of the road. No citations were issued.
