LISBON - Khbair A. Tisdale, 32, Rigby Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to five counts of possession of drugs. Sentencing is set for March 1. He faces up to six years in prison and a fine of $9,500.
Joshua J. Lapin, 23, East Fourth Street, Salem, was sentenced to five years intensive probation for burglary for trespassing in the home of Cory McCoy and Amanda Speigel in May 2011.
