WASHINGTONVILLE - Cindy Marie Quinby, 48, died at 3:58 p.m. Tuesday at Essex of Salem II.
Born Oct. 9, 1964, in Salem, she was the daughter of Wesley and Carrie (Harrison) Bell.
Mrs. Quinby was a homemaker and had been a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Washingtonville.
Her husband, Charles Earle Quinby, whom she married July 16, 2005, died on Oct. 6, 2012.
She was also preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her mother, Carrie Boughton of Leetonia; and two brothers, Wesley Bell Jr. of Leetonia and Rodney Lee Bell of Washingtonville.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Leetonia, with Pastor Kari Lankford officiating.
Arrangements were handled by the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home in Leetonia.
