- William Moore, Elkton West Point Road, Lisbon, reported at 4:58 p.m. Friday several fraudulent charges were made to his business debit card through Home Savings Bank. Two of the charges totaled $335 and a third for $220 was not processed.
- Adrien Allenbaugh, Homeworth Road, Alliance, reported at 3:21 p.m. Friday she found $685 in fraudulent charges made to her Buckeye State Credit Union debit card. The charges were from Mexico and one was for plane tickets in Europe.
- Stacy Patrick, Danbury Road, Wellsville, reported at 9:52 p.m. Thursday, children were in the area of state Route 39 and Fife Coal Road throwing snowballs. Deputies did not find anyone
