LISBON - Timothy Allen Hicks Jr., 21, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was served a secret indictment issued by the county grand jury for receiving stolen property. Court documents allege on Oct. 4 Hicks had a dirt bike belonging to Marybeth Lewis, which was valued at more than $7,500.
Mark E. McMahon, 52, Summit Street, Salem, and Jeffrey A. Carl, 55, Prospect Street, Salem, were both served indictments for charges of cultivation of marijuana. According to court documents, on April 20, 2011 McMahon allegedly grew marijuana in his possession in excess of 1,000 grams, but less than 5,000 grams. Carl is accused of growing in excess of 200 grams, but less than 1,000 grams also on April 20, 2011.
