Columbiana chamber seeking nominations for excellence

COLUMBIANA- For more than 50 years the Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce has recognized individuals, groups and businesses by awarding those who have made a positive difference in the community, have exemplified excellence in their field, or have contributed to the betterment of the Columbiana area.

Nominations are needed of those deserving such recognition for their achievement and contributions. Criteria for nominations and nomination forms can be found at the chamber office, 328 N. Main St. and at www.columbianachamber.com.

The deadline for nominations is Jan. 25. Honorees will be awarded at the 60th annual awards banquet on Feb. 24 at Das Dutch Village Inn. Steven T. Ruwoldt, president/chief executive officer of Salem Community Hospital, will be the featured speaker. Banquet reservations may be made by calling the chamber office at 330-482-3822.
