LISBON In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday, Randy L. Newberry, 53, Morris Road, Lisbon, was fined $300, sentenced three days jail, had his driver's license suspended 180 days and placed on one year basic probation for hit/skip and failure to control.

William E. Martin II, 33, Smithville, Wayne County, was fined $400, sentenced 43 days jail and placed on two years basic probation for driving under suspension and fictitious plates.

John F. Betz, 32, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $250, sentenced 13 days jail, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for aggravated trespass. Burglary charge dismissed.

Richard M. Titus, 42, Cortland, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.

Marc R. Micco, 25, Carrollton, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.

Blanche E. Lanterman, 79, Crestview Road, Leetonia, failure to control charge dismissed.

A Jan. 8 preliminary hearing was set for Kathryn L. Fisher, 32, Washington Avenue, Salem, charged with illegal possession of a firearm and liquor and weapons while intoxicated.

A Feb. 4 pretrial was set for Christopher D. Lease, 44, Lisbon Canfield Road, Leetonia, charged with domestic violence.

A Feb. 5 pretrial was set for Nathan Schultz, 19, Park Court, Columbiana, charged with two counts wildlife.

A Feb. 14 pretrial was set for Terry J. Hayes, 55, Bessemer, Pa., charged with OVI first offense and open container.

A Feb. 4 pretrial was set for Candace M. Hurley, 23, Berlin Center, charged with driving under suspension restriction and speeding.

A Feb. 5 pretrial was set for Veronica K. Zahrndt, 54, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence.

A Feb. 5 pretrial was set for William P. Zahrndt, 54, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest.

A Jan. 14 pretrial was set for Andrew P. Swetye, 49, East State Street, Salem, charged with resisting arrest, assault and failure to comply.

A Feb. 7 pretrial was set for Julene L. Day, 32, state Route 558, New Waterford, charged with theft.
