- Ronald E. Burger, 69, Butler Grange Road, Salem, was cited for improper backing after he reportedly struck a vehicle driven by Hillary M. Nutter, 20, King Road, Salem, as he attempted to back from Butler Grange Road into a private driveway. Nutter was stopped on the highway at the time.
- A vehicle driven south on state Route 7 by Stephen J. Skrinjar, 64, Pine Hollow Road, Rogers, was damaged by a piece of debris that fell from a trailer being pulled north.
The other driver continued on without being identified.
