- Kylie Nicole Hillyer, 16, Tunnel Hill Road, Hanoverton, was southbound on state Route 9 in Hanover Township at 2:44 p.m. Friday and went left of center and off the left side of the road into an embankment. She was cited for failure to control.
- Jocelyn Nicole Shannon, 18, Lisbon Street, Leetonia, was eastbound on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township at 4:20 p.m. Friday and slid on ice and was struck by another vehicle that was also eastbound on state Route 558. The other vehicle continued on.
- Neta M. Herman, 75, Clinton, was eastbound on state Route 172 in West Township at 8:20 p.m. Friday and went off the right side of the road and into a bush. She was cited for failure to control.
- James P. Meshula, 39, Berlin Center, was eastbound on state Route 14 in Salem Township at 6:16 p.m. Thursday and lost control and struck an unoccupied vehicle that was parked partially on the road. He was cited for failure to control.
