- An Olive Street, Salem, man reported at 2 p.m. Tuesday about three or four weeks ago a woman he knows took a cell phone from his car, which he has called her several times to get back without any luck.

- Detective Sgt. Steve Walker saw a procession of slow moving vehicles on state Route 164 just north of Lisbon at about 2:10 p.m. Monday. The lead vehicle went left of center once, then the trailing vehicles passed him. Walker prepared to stop the vehicle, but it stopped on its own and the passenger got out explaining the driver, Bruce Conkle, who is diabetic needed medical help. He was showing symptoms of someone with low blood sugar and a KLG ambulance responded.

- A Y and O Road, Wellsville, man reported at 12:53 p.m. Monday someone has been using his wife's social security number.

- A fight was reported at Butler Mobile City lot 308 at 11:12 p.m. Monday. James Choate was found to be intoxicated and there was a warrant for his arrest. Deputies put him into handcuffs and he became angry because they would not let him smoke on the way to the patrol car. He began yelling obscenities, kicking the window of the patrol car and slamming his face into the prisoner cage multiple times. He calmed down after speaking to a female friend.

- A Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, woman reported at 7:56 p.m. Monday someone broke into the house by prying open the front window and then took a 50-inch flat screen television, about $800 in change, a fire safe containing $75 in old coins and a $2,000 diamond wedding ring.

- Wynonna Adams, Buffalo Road, Hanoverton, reported at 2:05 p.m. Monday someone stole the electric fence around 20 acres of property. She valued the stolen T posts and three lines of electric wire per post at $1,200.

- A 16 School Road, Wellsville, woman reported at 12:15 p.m. Monday someone stole the rear license plate from her vehicle.
