LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday, a March 4 pretrial was set for James O. Moats cited with prohibition against violations by the Columbiana County Board of Health. Court documents allege Moats, 75, U.S. Route 30, Kensington, was sent a notice of violating nuisance laws by open dumping and burning solid waste on his property. He was ordered in May to correct the issue within 30 days, but allegedly has failed to do so.
Joshua S. Essad, 27, West Eighth Street, Salem, was fined $80 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension, a stop sign violation and left of center.
A Feb. 19 pretrial was set for Jeffrey A. Mowrer, 55, U.S. Route 62, Salem, cited with speed.
A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Casey L. Reynolds, 33, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
A March 4 pretrial was set for Brandon J. Zepernick, 19, Buffalo Road, Kensington, cited with failure to control.
