LISBON - An East Liverpool woman was served a secret indictment Tuesday for charges of receiving stolen property, misuse of credit card and two counts of burglary.

Ashley D. Bable, 26, West Seventh Street, East Liverpool, is accused of breaking into the homes of Jessica Williams on Pennsylvania Avenue on July 13 and Robert Bloor on Vine Street on Sept. 7, both addresses in East Liverpool.

Additionally she allegedly had a USAA Federal Savings Bank credit card belonging to Robert Bloor in her possession between Sept. 8 and Sept. 10 and used it in one or more transactions.

The burglary charges are second-degree felonies, while the receiving stolen property charge is a fifth-degree felony and the misuse of a credit card charge is a first-degree misdemeanor. The indictment was issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in January.
