- County Municipal Court Judge Carol Robb, Republican.
- East Liverpool City Council President John Torma, Democrat.
- East Liverpool First Ward City Councilman Ray Perorazio, Democrat.
- Lisbon Councilman Roger Gallo, Republican.
- Cheryl Mills, running for Lisbon council. She is a Republican.
- East Liverpool city council at-large members Russell Dray Jr. and Sherrie Curtis, both Democrats.
- H. Charles Wade, running for East Liverpool City Council Second Ward seat. Wade, a Democrat, is currently one of the three at-large council members.
