EAST LIVERPOOL - The Columbiana County Port Authority will hold a special board meeting at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the port authority offices at 1250 St. George St. Members will approve a letter of intent with Aqua Infrastructure LLC for sale of the Y&S Railroad.

SALEM - The Salem High School Class of 1947 will meet for breakfast at 9 a.m. Feb. 21 at the Salem Hills Golf and Country Club. All class members and guests are welcome.
Salem radio group to meet at library
SALEM - The Salem Area Amateur Radio Association will meet at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 7 in the Salem Public Library's Quaker Room. Finalization of plans for the club's annual dinner will be discussed. Guests and those interested in becoming a member or interested in amateur radio are welcome to attend.

SALEM - The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor its first Chamber Business Connection luncheon for 2013 at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 13 at the Salem Community Center. Salon at Mahoning Career Center open
CANFIELD - Cosmetology students at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center have opened The Salon at MCCTC for afternoon hours to the public. Salon hours are 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and noon to 2 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The junior and senior cosmetology students will offer haircuts, styling, perms, hair color, manicures and hair removal. All services are performed by students under the supervision of an instructor.
