- Ralph L. Carr, 65, Park Boulevard, East Liverpool, and Joseph T. Robb, 20, state Route 154, Rogers, were northbound on state Route 170 in Middleton Township at 7:51 a.m. Feb. 1 and Carr stopped for a school bus and Robb had a mechanical failure and struck Carr from behind. Robb was cited for unsafe vehicle.
- Taylor M. Smith, 19, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, and Barbara K. Barton, 43, East Main Street, Salineville, were southbound on state Route 45 in Salem Township at 2:46 p.m. Friday and a van in from of Barton slowed suddenly for a right hand turn and Smith struck Barton from behind. Smith was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
