SALEM - The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its second Business Connection luncheon for 2013 with guest speaker, Sarah Poulton, field representative to Congressman Bill Johnson as the featured guest speaker, at 11:45 a.m. March 13 at the Salem Community Center. Her presentation is titled the "Affordable Healthcare Act."
