EL woman faces credit card charges

LISBON - The grand jury in January issued a secret indictment for Rebecca L. Sisco, 25, Marcus Street, East Liverpool, who is charged with five counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of misuse of credit cards.

According to court documents, Sisco had miscellaneous jewelry belonging to Richard and Marsha Webb on Aug. 29. She is accused of having a J.C. Penney credit card belonging to Patricia Martin, along with a Discover card, a Tri State Federal Credit Union credit card and USAA Federal Savings Bank credit card belonging to Robert Bloor all in her possession on Sept. 11. Additionally, Sisco is accused of using two of the cards belonging to Bloor on Sept. 8.

Nicholas L. Weyand, 24, Choffin Alley, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for two counts possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification. Weyand is charged with having both cocaine and Alprazolam on May 23, 2012. He also reportedly had in his possession $75 believed to be used for drug-related activities. Weyand's indictment was issued by the December grand jury.
